Born in Rio de Janeiro, Débora Valençay started to be interested in art at her early years, but it was only after she turned 14 year's old that her musical carreer begun. Self-taught, learned inumerous instruments until she met, in 2011, her true passion: the electric guitar. Before becoming a professional guitarrist, she played gigs as a drummer in bands such as Ilha Groove, Parasônica and also the Hercílio Blues trio.

Debora took guitar classes with Vicente Eastwood, Luciano Bilu and is currently studying with the fusion guitar player Sérgio Paganini. Recorded and produced the soundtrack of A História do Vaga-lume (“The Story of the Firefly”), a children's book written by Vânia Menghi. In 2012, Valençay was part of Junior Rios' band, winner of “Garagem do Faustão”, a musical competition aired in one of the biggest shows in Brazilian television, and with a few others singers and country duos of the state.

In 2013, also arranged and recorded the acoustic and electric guitars tracks of Carlos Abiel's album, entitled Superiormente Interessante (“Superiorly Interesting”). Endorsee of some of the biggest musical brands in Brazil, such as Tagima, Fuhrmann, SG Strings, Basso Straps and D.Allen Pickups, Débora Valençay is currently the lead and only guitarrist of the hard rock band Pink Revolver and is on the verge to launch her first instrumental EP called Platoon, set to be out in 2015
